This file contains a lot of elements for many aircraft which are available for VSF, also for Jason Simpsons models (http://www.simpsonslipways.com/Projects/vehicle-simulator.html).

I modified the flight characteristics as close as possible to reality. Especially in stall and spinning for aerobatic planes. With VSF this can be realized very well. Here I refer to my experiances as aerobatic glider pilot.

You find files which are named according to the aircraft. They have to be renamed into "elements". Further you´ll find zip-folders named according to the aircraft. Save the original elements.cfg/vehicle.cfg first. After that copy the elements.cfg / vehicle.cfg-files into the according vehicle folder of VSF.

For the Su-26 and the Pa-18 you find files which convert them into RC models. Here I recommend to copy the whole vehicle folders and rename them e.g. as Su-26_RC and Pa-18_RC. Otherwhise the full size versions will be lost. You also can calibrate an RC transmitter like a Joystick in VSF; so you can use it as a RC-model simulator!

Enjoy!!!

My elements for V-22 Osprey. They make it flying more accurate.
I recommend to assign the flaps to buttons on the joystick. So it´s easier to handle the transformation from hover-mode to cruise-mode and the other way...

Enjoy!

Avatar is a 2009 American[7][8] epic science fiction film written and directed by James Cameron, and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, Joel David Moore, Giovanni Ribisi and Sigourney Weaver. The film is set in the mid-22nd century, when humans are mining a precious mineral called unobtanium on Pandora, a lush habitable moon of a gas giant in the Alpha Centauri star system.[9][10][11] The expansion of the mining colony threatens the continued existence of a local tribe of Na'vi – a humanoid species indigenous to Pandora. The film's title refers to a genetically engineered Na'vi body with the mind of a remotely located human, and is used to interact with the natives of Pandora.[12]
Development of Avatar began in 1994, when Cameron wrote an 80-page treatment for the film.[13][14] Filming was supposed to take place after the completion of Cameron's 1997 film Titanic, for a planned release in 1999,[15] but according to Cameron, the necessary technology was not yet available to achieve his vision of the film.[16] Work on the language of the film's extraterrestrial beings began in summer 2005, and Cameron began developing the screenplay and fictional universe in early 2006.[17][18] Avatar was officially budgeted at $237 million.[4] Other estimates put the cost between $280 million and $310 million for production and at $150 million for promotion.[19][20][21] The film made extensive use of cutting edge motion capture filming techniques,[22] and was released for traditional viewing, 3D viewing (using the RealD 3D, Dolby 3D, XpanD 3D, and IMAX 3D formats), and for "4D" experiences in select South Korean theaters.[23] The stereoscopic filmmaking was touted as a breakthrough in cinematic technology.[24]

Avatar premiered in London on December 10, 2009, and was internationally released on December 16 and in the United States and Canada on December 18, to positive critical reviews, with critics highly praising its groundbreaking visual effects.[25][26][27] During its theatrical run, the film broke several box office records and became the highest-grossing film of all time, as well as in the United States and Canada,[28] surpassing Titanic, which had held those records for twelve years.[29] It also became the first film to gross more than $2 billion.[30] Avatar was nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director,[31] and won three, for Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects. The film's home media release went on to break opening sales records and became the top-selling Blu-ray of all time. Following the film's success, Cameron signed with 20th Century Fox to produce two sequels, making Avatar the first of a planned trilogy.

My elements make it more agile on the aileron-axis and reduce pitching up. Sliding on the ground is avoided by using my vehicle.cfg. My views are changed so that the HUD is in the centre of the pilots view and the horizon is on 0°.

Further I recommend after installing Paulos "P2"-upgrade to delete engine.wav and after that rename rotor.wav into engine.wav, so you get a very nice matching sound.

Enjoy!

My elements for Paulos great Z-11W make it flying better at all.
The new vehicle.cfg avoids sliding on the ground.
I removed the HUD in my panel-file. Better use the standard-HUD by pressing "H" if you want to use a HUD, so you also have the crosshairs to aim with the gunpods.

Fly RC-helicopter in VSF!
This is the Multiplex FunCopter for VSF! Marcello Aerni made this wonderful 3D model. Sounds and flight model were made by me.

To make it possible that VSF can handle the physics and also for better visibility it was necessary to make it a bit larger.
