The elements damp the reaction on the canard and make it more accurate on the aileron. Further I modified the stall angle, loops work fine now.
The vehicle.cfg contains stonger wheel brakes. It keeps the plane in position on almost full throttle. Further I gave a higher g-limit to the plane.
The panel-file has a smaller HUD, moved a bit foreward into the frame.
Replace all files in the "\vehicles\IAI_LAVI"-folder and have fun! |

Avatar is a 2009 American[7][8] epic science fiction film written and directed by James Cameron, and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, Joel David Moore, Giovanni Ribisi and Sigourney Weaver. The film is set in the mid-22nd century, when humans are mining a precious mineral called unobtanium on Pandora, a lush habitable moon of a gas giant in the Alpha Centauri star system.[9][10][11] The expansion of the mining colony threatens the continued existence of a local tribe of Na'vi – a humanoid species indigenous to Pandora. The film's title refers to a genetically engineered Na'vi body with the mind of a remotely located human, and is used to interact with the natives of Pandora.[12]
Development of Avatar began in 1994, when Cameron wrote an 80-page treatment for the film.[13][14] Filming was supposed to take place after the completion of Cameron's 1997 film Titanic, for a planned release in 1999,[15] but according to Cameron, the necessary technology was not yet available to achieve his vision of the film.[16] Work on the language of the film's extraterrestrial beings began in summer 2005, and Cameron began developing the screenplay and fictional universe in early 2006.[17][18] Avatar was officially budgeted at $237 million.[4] Other estimates put the cost between $280 million and $310 million for production and at $150 million for promotion.[19][20][21] The film made extensive use of cutting edge motion capture filming techniques,[22] and was released for traditional viewing, 3D viewing (using the RealD 3D, Dolby 3D, XpanD 3D, and IMAX 3D formats), and for "4D" experiences in select South Korean theaters.[23] The stereoscopic filmmaking was touted as a breakthrough in cinematic technology.[24]
Avatar premiered in London on December 10, 2009, and was internationally released on December 16 and in the United States and Canada on December 18, to positive critical reviews, with critics highly praising its groundbreaking visual effects.[25][26][27] During its theatrical run, the film broke several box office records and became the highest-grossing film of all time, as well as in the United States and Canada,[28] surpassing Titanic, which had held those records for twelve years.[29] It also became the first film to gross more than $2 billion.[30] Avatar was nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director,[31] and won three, for Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects. The film's home media release went on to break opening sales records and became the top-selling Blu-ray of all time. Following the film's success, Cameron signed with 20th Century Fox to produce two sequels, making Avatar the first of a planned trilogy.

My elements make it more agile on the aileron-axis and reduce pitching up. Sliding on the ground is avoided by using my vehicle.cfg. My views are changed so that the HUD is in the centre of the pilots view and the horizon is on 0°.
Further I recommend after installing Paulos "P2"-upgrade to delete engine.wav and after that rename rotor.wav into engine.wav, so you get a very nice matching sound.
Enjoy! |

My elements for Paulos great Z-11W make it flying better at all.
The new vehicle.cfg avoids sliding on the ground.
I removed the HUD in my panel-file. Better use the standard-HUD by pressing "H" if you want to use a HUD, so you also have the crosshairs to aim with the gunpods. |

The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American single-seat, twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft developed by Fairchild-Republic in the early 1970s. The only United States Air Force aircraft designed solely for close air support of ground forces, the A-10 was built to attack tanks, armored vehicles, and other ground targets with limited air defenses. It also has a secondary mission, where it provides airborne forward air control, guiding other aircraft against ground targets. Aircraft used primarily in this role are designated OA-10. With a variety of upgrades and wing replacements, the A-10's service life has been extended to 2040.
The A-10 was designed around the GAU-8 Avenger, a rotary cannon that is the airplane's primary armament and the heaviest such cannon mounted on an aircraft. The A-10's airframe was designed for survivability, with protective measures such as 1,200 pounds (540 kg) of armor to enable the aircraft to continue flying after taking damage. The A-10's official name comes from the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt of World War II, a fighter that was particularly effective at close air support. The A-10 is more commonly known by its nicknames "Warthog" or "Hog".

My elements for Paulos great A-10 make it more agile on elevator and aileron. Reaction on the rudder is reduced. Thrust is reduced for a more realistic speed and acceleration.
When you replace the vehicle file, you have stronger wheel brakes. They are strong enough to keep it in position on the ground with full throttle.
My view brings you in the correct position, so that 0° horizon in HUD is on the real horizon. |
